# Agents and MCP (/docs/agents)

numbers has an MCP server at `https://numbers.obelism.studio/mcp` (Streamable HTTP). Its tools are the [agent API](/docs/api/agent): `listOrganizations`, `listSpaces`, `getReport` and `listEvents`. Everything reads; an agent changes nothing.

It signs in with OAuth: on first use the client opens numbers in the browser, you sign in with your Obelism account and allow the connection (scope `numbers:read`). There is no key to copy. The dashboard's **Agents** page has the address and the Claude Code command, what an agent may do, and the apps connected to numbers, which you can disconnect there or under [Connected apps](https://www.obelism.studio/account/connected-apps) on your Obelism account.

## Claude Code [#claude-code]

```bash
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user numbers https://numbers.obelism.studio/mcp
```

Then run `/mcp` in Claude Code, pick `numbers` and choose Authenticate.

## Claude [#claude]

Add `https://numbers.obelism.studio/mcp` as a custom connector, or install the Obelism plugin, which connects Improve and Content too.

## Codex [#codex]

```bash
codex mcp add numbers --url https://numbers.obelism.studio/mcp
codex mcp login numbers
```

## Cursor and others [#cursor-and-others]

Add the server to the client's MCP config:

```json
{
	"mcpServers": {
		"numbers": { "url": "https://numbers.obelism.studio/mcp" }
	}
}
```

## What to ask [#what-to-ask]

- "How did last week's traffic compare to the week before?"
- "Which pages lose the most visitors, and where do they come from?"
- "Is the `sign_up` goal of my homepage test arriving?"
